Castle Warehouse is a family owned business who have several successful stores in Scotland. It has been in the family for well over a hundred years, but the the change in people’s shopping habits they knew they had to keep ahead of the game and decided to launch their first on-line shop.

We developed a strong eCommerce system which allowed them to split their wide range of products into many types of categories, as well as a search button for ease of use.

During our discussions they highlighted the importance to building their already strong customer base, not only in Scotland but national. With this in mind advised them on the various ways to target a wider audience to increase on-line sales.
